Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front-office tasks and deliver exceptional patient service in a busy dental practice. You will participate in a four-week training program to learn procedures, scheduling, and patient communications.

The role emphasizes scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment processing with support from a collaborative team in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management abilities.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
