Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team and deliver exceptional patient service. You will report to the Manager and complete a four-week training program to excel in daily scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards

Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection

Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing

Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older
