Job summary

Aspen Dental, a world-class dental service organization, is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This full‑time role includes a four‑week training program, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling to help you thrive in your career.

As a Patient Coordinator you will perform daily front office tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits, reporting to the Practice Manager in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Salary: $19 - $21 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
