Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks, create lasting impressions, and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to set you up for success.

In this role you’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support the Manager in delivering a best-in-class patient experience. A stable, growth-friendly environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
