Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to perform daily front office tasks and duties, greeting patients and helping build trust and loyalty. You will join a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and balance deposits, contributing to a positive patient experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and organize charts.
  • Verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
  • Support front office tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processingAdditional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
