Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients. You will perform daily front office tasks, assist with scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection.

You will participate in a four-week training program and enjoy a generous benefits package, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture that supports professional development and community service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

  • Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Salary: $20 - $23 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
