Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our Pittsburgh practice. You will perform daily front office tasks, create a welcoming patient experience, and participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities include scheduling, confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and handling deposits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
