Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will complete a four-week training to succeed in the role and report to the Manager, delivering outstanding patient service and support at the practice.

The position emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and reliability in daily tasks. As part of the Patient Coordinator role, you will manage appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist with patient communications to build trust and loyalty across

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and compassionate care in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and handle payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older
