Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator ( front office role ) on a full-time basis. You will report to the Manager, perform daily front office duties, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support patients to create trust and loyalty.

Training is provided through a four-week program. We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match, plus ongoing career development and a collaborative culture

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with care and compassion.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
