Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Oak Creek, WI. This role covers front office responsibilities and patient interaction to create lasting impressions and trust.

You will participate in a four-week training program to ensure you succeed in your duties. You’ll provide superior patient service with compassion, assist with scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, while supporting a positive, collaborative work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

• Must be age 18 or older
