Job summary

Aspen Dental seeks a Patient Coordinator to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator in a full-time role. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front-office duties, creating lasting impressions and building trust with patients.

A four-week training program helps you succeed in your role. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and processing payments, balancing deposits, and supporting a collaborative,

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
