Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) in Morganton, NC. This full-time role includes a four-week training program and a supportive, patient-first culture that helps you thrive.

You will manage front-office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and provide compassionate care to patients while contributing to a positive practice environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management is essential.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $17 - $20 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
