Job summary

Aspen Dental in Minot, ND is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance daily deposits as part of a four-week training program designed to set you up for success.

You will report to the Manager, provide compassionate patient service, support operations, and help build trust and loyalty with patients in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and organize charts.
  • Verify insurance and assist with payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
