Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to support front office tasks, scheduling, and patient care. The role includes a four-week training program and reports to the Practice Manager.

You will provide courteous service, verify insurance and payments, balance deposits, and help create lasting impressions with patients. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Salary: $17 - $19 / hour

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
