Aspen Dental in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front-office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support patients with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program, join a collaborative team, and enjoy a benefits package that includes PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and ongoing learning through TAG U.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily front office tasks to support patient flow and build trust.
• Complete a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
• When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
