Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will perform daily scheduling, patient greetings, and chart organization to create a positive patient experience.

You will complete a four-week training program, provide compassionate service, verify insurance, and balance daily deposits while supporting the Manager and practice operations.

Qualifications

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Must be 18 or older and maintain organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
  • Assist in scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection; balance nightly deposits and processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Salary: $16 - $20 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four‑week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
