Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) in the United States to handle front-office tasks and create lasting impressions with patients. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection; balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collectionBalance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
