Job summary

Aspen Dental in Hastings, MN is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

A four-week training program will set you up for success. Responsibilities include providing superior patient service, scheduling appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and handling payment collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You'll Make a Difference
