Ivy Rehab is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Harrisonburg, VA to support front-desk operations and patient flow. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with payments while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position is full-time and on-site at our Harrisonburg clinic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations and learn/grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and assist with scheduling.
• Answer incoming calls and verify insurance coverage; obtain authorizations when needed.
• Collect payments and process new patient information to support clinic operations.
• Assist in maintaining optimal clinic performance and patient experience.
