Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator in Florida. You will perform daily front office tasks, schedule and verify appointments, and handle insurance and payments while delivering compassionate patient service.

The role includes a four-week training program, competitive hourly pay ($17.50–$19.00), and a benefits package with PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with match, plus opportunities for career development in a collaborative culture.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
