Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, schedule and verify appointments, organize charts, and assist with insurance verification and payment collection to build trust with patients.

You will participate in a four-week training program and enjoy a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care following patient needs and policies.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.

When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • High regard for time management.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be age 18 or older.
