Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator in Dayton, OH to deliver exceptional patient service within a busy dental practice. You will be part of a world-class DSO with strong training and growth opportunities.

In this role, you will handle appointment scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection while balancing deposits. A supportive team environment and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
