Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team in a full-time role. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage payments while delivering compassionate patient service as part of a four-week training program.

You will report to the Manager and support charts, deposits, and daily administrative tasks to create trust and loyalty with patients across our practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Time management.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to build trust with patients.
  • Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
