Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front desk activities, greet patients, and support schedules and payments. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to create a welcoming experience, verify insurance, and build loyalty through exceptional service.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage, full-time scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will participate in a four-week training program to prepare for success in a busy dental practice.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized; must be 18 or older.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
