Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to handle front-office duties and deliver outstanding patient service in our community-focused practices. You’ll begin with a four-week training program and report to the Manager to help create positive impressions and loyalty.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support patients with compassion while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented culture at Aspen Dental.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to provide excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per patient needs and policies.
  • Schedule/confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Salary: $17 - $19 / hour

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
