Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Baton Rouge to deliver exceptional patient service and support. You will handle scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection in a fast-paced dental office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
