AlphaOmega Wellness is seeking a high-caliber Ketamine Patient Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking life-changing treatment.

This role is not traditional sales. Our consultants function as First Responders for people actively seeking help for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal ideation.

You will speak with individuals who are searching for answers and guide them through the consultation process for IV ketamine therapy, helping them take the first step toward treatment.

We are building a professional, mission-driven patient access team, and we reward individuals who take ownership of their work and care deeply about helping people.

What You'll Do

• Conduct consultations with prospective ketamine therapy patients
• Educate individuals on treatment protocols, safety standards, and program expectations
• Guide patients through the treatment decision process
• Help qualified patients begin care with AlphaOmega Wellness
• Respond promptly to new patient inquiries
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with individuals seeking help
• Document patient interactions and follow-up tasks within the CRM
• Participate in team training and ongoing development
• Conduct follow-up communication with prospective patients

Schedule

Schedules may vary based on clinic operations and patient demand.

Compensation

• Performance Bonuses

Compensation is designed to reward performance and patient impact.

Paid Time Off

• 5 PTO days after 6 months
• 10 PTO days after 1 year
• 15 PTO days after 2+ years

PTO does not roll over and is subject to approval.
