Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE: Valid driver's license and motor vehicle eligibility; background check required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Provide directions and anticipate guest needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Support guests with a warm greeting and assist with mobility or other needs as required.
