Job summary

Crisp Regional Hospital is seeking a Guest Service Technician for a full-time day shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) in Cordele, GA. The role supports patient registration and ensures a courteous, efficient check-in experience for patients and families entering the Outpatient and Emergency Departments.

Under supervision, you will collect accurate information, assist patients, and coordinate with departments to facilitate timely care and billing. No licensure required; HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Up to 1 month on-the-job experience to learn CRHS processes.
• Licensure/Certifications: No license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and family members as they check in at Outpatient and Emergency Registration.
• Assist non-emergency patients through the registration process and guide triage if needed.
• Help patients from cars into wheelchairs when required.
• Provide comfort during registration and waiting times.
• Serve as liaison between ER staff and family members about treatment and status.
