Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Arlington, TX seeks a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic. You will greet patients, manage check-ins and payments, and explain memberships and promotions to drive conversions.

This part-time role requires Thursday and Friday 9:30am–7:00pm, and Saturdays 9:30am–5:00pm, with a 3-day workweek preferred. Base pay is $13.00 per hour, plus bonus potential and benefits including 401(k) and discounted

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• Basic computer and payment processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.
• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.
