Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
Provide gait training, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, and activities of daily living instruction
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic techniques and equipment use
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Experience working with older adults, medically complex patients, or rehabilitation populations preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
