Job summary

Walmart seeks a Staff Pharmacist in Pineville, MO to provide pharmaceutical care, counsel patients, and dispense prescriptions accurately. You’ll administer immunizations and lead pharmacy staff to deliver quality care within a patient-centered team.

You’ll apply clinical knowledge to support community health, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help drive service excellence across Walmart’s pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and dispense prescription orders accurately.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and guide the pharmacy staff on customer service approaches.
