Job summary

Infor in Marshall, MI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and updating patient records under supervision.

Qualifications

Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Familiar with medical terminology and pharmacy practices.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 and retail pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

Assist in data and prescription entry including insurance information.
Accurately and promptly fill prescriptions to be checked by a pharmacist.
Maintain inventory levels and expiration dates within acceptable standards.
Stay up-to-date on 340B program rules and collaborate with the 340B Analyst.
Ensure documentation for delivered products and services is complete and appropriate.
Operate ScriptPro and other outpatient systems (McKesson, Cerner, Athena).
Support credentialing and re-credentialing processes when required.
