Job summary
Revere Health in Utah is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our busy retail pharmacy team in a full-time capacity. The Pharmacist provides clinical and retail pharmacy services while ensuring medications are dispensed safely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and Revere Health policies.

Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of practice.
- Minimum of three years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Immunization certification, or ability to obtain certification.
- Knowledge of PioneerRx pharmacy management software.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, fill, label, and dispense prescription medications and devices.
- Counsel patients and caregivers on medications, administration, side effects, and adherence.
- Collaborate with prescribers to resolve medication-related issues and optimize therapy.
- Maintain accurate patient medication records and histories.
- Supervise and train pharmacy interns and technicians; ensure safety and compliance.
