Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies, HIPAA regulations, and laws.
• Build professional rapport with physicians, nurses, and vendors.
• Maintain production rates and ensure quality in dispensing.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Administer immunizations and participate in CQI meetings.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and support billing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment and inventories.
