Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high‑quality patient care in a clinical setting. You will practice under Nurse Managers and Wellstar governance, following evidence‑based practice and the Professional Practice Model.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience, and hold/obtain state RN licensure; basic computer skills and strong communication are essential for coordinating

• Coordinate safety-focused patient care documentation and interdisciplinary communication.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
• Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and compliance with policy standards.
