Job summary

HCA Healthcare's CareNow - Summerville is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures, ensure patient safety, and support clinic operations.

The role requires ARRT registration, state licensure as applicable, BLS, and the ability to work across shifts and locations. You will collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality urgent care services in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• 1+ year of clinical patient-care experience.
• ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist; state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days, obtain and maintain state license (if required) for Office Laboratory Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinic staff to coordinate high quality care, ensuring timely patient treatment.
• Perform all x-ray views per provider orders; document patient records; conduct in-house lab tests and process specimens for reference labs.
• Assist front desk duties: greet patients, check-in/out, End of Day close, lobby checks, and records release.
• Calibrate and maintain lab/x-ray equipment daily; report artifacts; conduct semi-annual X-Ray inspections.
• Maintain logs for in-house and sent-out lab work; perform equipment audits and ensure occupational forms are followed.
• Collaborate with Center Manager and Medical Staff to maintain smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
