Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with a valid unrestricted license to practice issued by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants.
• Arizona license to practice issued by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient health history and perform physical examination for consultations and follow-ups.
• Assess patient needs and plan care with supervising physician.
• Order imaging and labs as indicated and review results with supervising physician.
