Qualifications

• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in EMR systems and general computer usage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and strong communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including exams and procedures.
• Maintain efficient patient flow by preparing exam rooms, checking patients in, and coordinating scheduling.
• Perform clinical tasks such as taking vitals, administering vaccinations, and processing lab tests under supervision.
• Manage front office tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling insurance forms, and answering calls.
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked with supplies and place orders as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the clinic, outside facilities, and insurance entities.
• Stay up to date on clinic protocols and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide cross-coverage for other departments or locations as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support patient-centered care.
