This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience; you’ll coach staff, address patient concerns, and ensure procedures meet chain-of-custody standards while supporting recovery-focused care.

You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. The Patient Center Supervisor leads daily operations at our Averhealth patient care centers, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and compliant testing experience.
