TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to be the friendly face patients trust, supporting check-in to check-out and learning hands-on clinical skills from experienced chiropractors.

No prior healthcare experience is required; our paid onboarding and ongoing education will prepare you for growth into patient care roles and leadership opportunities within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients from check-in to check-out.
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques from chiropractors.
• Coach patients through exercises and care plans, building confidence.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations: schedule appointments, update records, manage flow.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to maintain a positive healing environment.
