Responsibilities

• Processes orders according to guidelines and follows downtime procedures.
• Enters and updates information in computer systems to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains unit logs, schedules follow-up appointments, and handles discharge-related tasks.
• Responds to patient call system and requests, providing clear information to families and staff.
• Uses telephone, paging, fax, scanning, and other systems to facilitate workflow and communication.
