Job summary

Inspira Health Network in Mullica Hill, NJ, seeks a Patient Care Technician to assist nurses, keep patient areas clean, and monitor vital signs. You will support activities of daily living and ensure patient safety in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and nurse aide experience, plus current BLS. Training opportunities are provided within Inspira’s southern New Jersey network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous nurse aide/residential aide/patient care aide experience with ADLs and vital signs.
• Completion of a nurse aide, multi-skilled tech or patient care tech course.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Welle Training within six months of hire.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide license or Patient Care Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the registered nurse and assist licensed personnel with basic patient needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas.
• Monitor health and vital signs as directed and support activities of daily living.
• Follow caregiver protocols and document observations as required.
