Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks candidates for a role within the PCT Apprentice pathway. The program prepares you to transition into a Patient Care Technician position by completing approved nursing support training and clinical experiences.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required and/or GED equivalent.
Completion of one of the following programs: Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician; or Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school; or HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program.
Candidates not yet completing programs may enter the HMH PCT Apprentice Program and later transfer to Patient Care Technician.

Responsibilities

Support patient care under supervision as part of the PCT Apprentice pathway.
Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to compassionate, quality care.
