Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for patients (grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding).
• Assist with rounds and ensure patient safety.
• Transport and restock supplies for patient care.
• Maintain medical records and confidentiality.
• Assist with patient transfers and admissions/discharges.
• Transcribe physician orders under RN/LPN supervision.
• Float to other departments as needed.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation standards.
