Job description

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  2. Completion of Meridian Nursing Assistant Program or
  3. Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification or
  4. Current Nursing Student, having completed fundamentals in nursing clinical rotation or
  5. Equivalent bedside nursing experience, such as home health aides, military hospital corpsman or medic, or Emergency Medical Technician
  6. Experience or certification in phlebotomy and checking EKG, vital signs, and blood sugar is preferred
  7. BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
  8. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving patients' lives, excellent teamwork skills, dedication to ongoing education, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and service centered on patient needs are essential.
  9. At least one (1) year of PCT or CNA experience in a hospital setting is strongly preferred
