Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support nurses in the St. Francis Downtown unit. The role provides basic patient care, monitors vital signs, assists with feeding, hygiene, and mobility, and documents care in EPIC EHR.
The ideal candidate has current BLS, completion of a nursing aide program or CNA certification, and prior acute care or long-term care experience. Night shifts with a 36-hour week and competitive benefits are offered.
Scheduled weekly hours: 36.
Work shift: Nights (United States of America).
A Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides basic health care and support to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or designated healthcare professional. The PCT sanitizes and cleans patients’ rooms, monitors patients’ health and vital signs, and assists patients with basic needs such as feeding and grooming.
