Mercy in Springfield, MO is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our compassionate team. No healthcare experience required; we'll train you for a rewarding career in patient care. You'll work with nurses, assist with daily care, and participate in a 175-hour training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA, CPCT, healthcare career program students, Mercy co-workers, or candidates age 18+ eligible for Mercy’s UAP training program.
• BLS certification required within one month of hire.
• Completion of PCT competencies within three months of hire.

• Perform designated clinical procedures and non‑clinical support tasks
