Job summary

Inspira Health Network in New Jersey seeks a Patient Care Technician who works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The role supports basic patient needs, monitors vital signs, and helps maintain a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous nurse aide/residential aide/patient aide experience with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Completion of a nurse aide, multi-skilled tech or patient care tech course(s).
• Completion of one clinical semester in an LPN/RN program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS required.
• Welle Training (computer and classroom) within six months of hire.

MAJOR FUNCTION:The Patient Care Technician takes direction from the registered nurse.
