Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center seeks a patient care aide to deliver direct patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse on the MSICU.
Responsibilities include bedside care, vitals, positioning, feeding, phlebotomy and EKG, with emphasis on accurate data collection. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and current BLS/CPR certification; orientation and continuing education are provided.

We are devoted to flexible scheduling and work hard to balance and meet the needs of the unit and staff. Come check us out!!! The schedule includes working a weekend and holiday rotation
Delivers direct patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Performs tasks that do not require nursing judgements or administration of medications. Duties include, but not limited to: Bedside patient care, vitals, positioning, feeding, Phlebotomy and EKG. Is accountable for the patient care they deliver. Adheres to St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center standards of care and practice.
High School diploma or equivalent with medical background, mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity preferred. Basic computer skills required. Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.
Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training provided upon hire
Office/Clinical setting. Exposure class I.
Heavy work: requires standing, lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying.

Pay Range: $17.25 - $21.45 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
